This is Screen Free Week 2012. I hope you'll consider joining with us and others around the world on April 30 through May 6 in going TV free for one week. Does screen free include your computer or smart phone?  You'll have to make your own rules, but whatever you decide, I'm confident the benefits will be great.

Stop by the comments or facebook and share your family's favorite screen free activities.

  6. Great list! You gave me a few ideas. I get cranky if there is too much electronics going on. My husband does computer stuff for a living, but we make sure everyone gets unplugged very often.

    Thank you for posting. :)
