1 Week Healthy Meal Plan {Free Printable}

As long as I’ve been cooking, I’ve typically relied on free internet recipes. I never knew what a huge difference it makes to use quality kitchen-tested recipes from serious cooks!

I’ve been having so much fun trying out the recipes from the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle this week that I actually started meal planning! I’ve included a free download of my 1-week healthy meal plan at the end of this post. (Update: The Ultimate Healthy Living eBook Bundle sale is over.)

To be honest, when I first found out about the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, I thought it wasn’t the ebooks but the free conference and bonuses that would really get readers excited. After all, who doesn’t like getting great products delivered to their doorstep, especially when they’re free? Of all the other bundles out there, I don’t know of any others that have so much legitimately free goodies included.
As I’ve been slowly making my way through the 86 ebooks, I have completely changed my mind. This healthy living library is truly an amazing resource that you just can’t get anywhere else. I’m especially thankful for the allergy friendly “bookshelf” as BabyE is gluten-free and dairy-free. There are lots of healthy sugar-free and low-carb options for me as well.

Here are a few of my favorite recipes that I’ve tried this week and others that I’m looking forward to trying soon. As you flip through the pages of the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle recipe ebooks, you will get inspired to do some mouth-watering meal planning of your own. Breakfast

  • Soaked Oatmeal Breakfast Cake (pg 33 The Breakfast Revolution)
  • Protein Pancakes (pg 12, Whole Breakfasts and Breads)
  • Mini Sweet Potato and Chocolate Chip Muffins (pg 48 Sweet Freedom)
  • Basic Yogurt Recipe (pg 78 Real Food for Real Homemakers)

Lunch and Dinner

  • Slow-Cooked Pork Chops with Gravy (pg 145 Real Food for Real Homemakers)
I’ve never successfully made gravy before this recipe! I am seriously in love with this recipe book.
  • Balsamic Roasted Chicken over Veggie Trivet (pg 66 Much Ado About Chicken)
We’re like a lot of American households in that we eat chicken pretty frequently. I really like this book for the 50+ new ways to make the bird a little more interesting. (ok usually my family is lucky if I even remember to put salt on it, so the recipes in this book are seriously a treat!)
  • Chicken Chili (15-minute Freezer Recipes)
Healthy meals in just 15-minutes? This is the recipe book every busy mom needs! I’d love to make a few of these to put away for busy nights.
  • Roast Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Green Bean Casserole (Wholesome Comfort) with Stovetop Stuffing Remix (pg 70 Better Than a Box)

Snacks & Dessert

  • Vegan ‘Peanut Butter’ Chocolate Cake (pg 25 Baking with Quinoa)Did you know you can bake with Quinoa? Like fluffy delicious breads, cookies, and cakes? After making this guilt-free chocolate cake (gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free), I’m hooked on the cookbook Baking with Quinoa! Next I want to make the salted peanut butter and honey cookies, gluten-free french baguette, fudgy quinoa brownies, um…basically all 25 recipes in the book!
  • Crock Pot Pumpkin Pudding Dessert (Family Friendly Allergen Free)
  • Appealing Applesauce (pg 14 from Garbage to Gourmet)
I really love this method of making apple sauce because it doesn’t require peeling the apples first. It saves so much time!
